Poster Submissions

The poster sections will be held on the Gather Platform. Here, we will try to mimic the experience of a presential conference. For this reason, the submission of the communications is necessary to occur a few days before the beginning of the conference to set up the poster session. Thus, we kindly ask the collaboration of all authors presenting poster communications to follow these steps:

1. Prepare your poster presentation “as usual” for a conventional conference. Target the work for an A0 size poster (841mm x 1189mm).

2.  Save your work as a high-resolution JPG or PNG image with a size no larger than 3 MB.

3.  Submit your poster until March 28. For this, use your “Personal Area”, login, and go to “My Publications”. The title of your submitted abstract will appear. On the right, click on the icon "Public file" (see image).
