Proforma Invoice

A pro forma invoice can be download at personal area but first is required fill some data.

Add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu)

After filling in and confirming the billing address, an orange button (Proforma Invoice) will appear where you can download the document.

Cancellation and Refund

For any cancellation received until 15 March, less an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee (in EUR)
For any cancellation received after 15 March, no refund will be made.
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant.

Refunds will be handled after the Conference
